On 10/30/2026 at approximately 4:54 p.m., the Alaska State Troopers contacted 53-year-old Jeffrey Mihalka on a traffic stop on Tracy Drive in Big Lake. Investigation revealed Jeffrey was operating the vehicle while under the influence of alcohol. He was subsequently arrested and remanded at Mat-Su Pre-Trial where he was held on $1,000 bail.
