On 10/27/2026, at approximately 4:04 a.m., the Alaska State Troopers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of the Parks Hwy and King Arthur Drive in Houston. The passenger was identified as Austin Hvamstad, age 29, of Houston. Investigation revealed that Austin had two outstanding warrants for his arrest. Austin was arrested on those warrants.
